Chambers Bay is a popular golf course located in University Place, Washington. It has been one of the favorites of all and is considered one of the finest golf courses in Washington. The beautiful 18-hole course has inspired Craig LeVasseur to design its course module, which was launched by TGC 2019 simulation software. Chambers Bay measures 7165 yards, comprises 140 slopes, and is a public golf course that has gained international acclaim for its challenging layouts, breathtaking scenery, and unique design.
The traditional links golf courses of Scotland and Ireland served as inspiration for the design. The course’s architect was Robert Trent Jones II. His difficult link layout gives you the impression that you have been transported to the British Isles, right down to the coastal setting. The fairways of the golf course are lined with native fescue grass as they travel between wind-whipped sand dunes. This open layout presents a constant challenge from the wind.
