La Costa Resort & Spa

The TGC 2019 simulation presents La Costa Resort & Spa, a meticulously crafted course module designed by Nobuko Tanaka. Inspired by The Club at La Costa (Champions) in Carlsbad, California, this resort-style course spans 7,500 yards with a par of 72 and a challenging slope of 149. Built in 1965 and redesigned by renowned architects over the years, including Joe Lee, Gil Hanse, and Steve Pate, the course features Bermuda grass fairways and smooth bent grass greens. Open from April 1 to November 1, it offers a premium golfing experience.

Players enjoy breathtaking views of rolling hills, lush palm trees, and sparkling water features. The course winds through scenic canyons and sunlit valleys, creating a serene yet dynamic playing environment. Wildlife sightings, including soaring hawks and vibrant butterflies, enhance the tranquil atmosphere. Beyond golf, the resort boasts luxurious amenities such as banquet facilities, a spa, tennis courts, swimming pools, and billiards.

Whether tackling the demanding fairways or relaxing in the upscale clubhouse, La Costa Resort & Spa delivers an unforgettable experience, blending championship golf with Southern California’s natural beauty.
