Designed by Dave Woods, Royal Portush-Rathmore is a course available in the TGC 2019 simulation software. Built in 1888, it is a par-71 course with 18 holes. Being one of the most prominent golf clubs in the world, it has since hosted several international competitions, including the Open Championship. It measures 6,346 yards and is open all year. With several rental services, such as carts, pull-carts, and others, the course is a favorite among the members.
Royal Portush-Rathmore also comprises a pitching/chipping area, putting green, rolling fairways, deep bunkers, quick greensand, and a driving range, along with challenging layouts. Together with Dunluce, Rathmore is one of the two championship courses at Royal Portrush. The clubhouse and locker rooms are available for the players to use. Its lush greenery and picturesque beauty enable members to experience golf in a tranquil environment. It has a rich history of hosting significant golf events, including the Open Championship.
