Fossil Trace Golden Lidar is a popular course module launched by the TGC 2019 simulation software. Jeremy Whitacre designed this module to capture the unique atmosphere of Fossil Trace Golf Course. This municipal course in Golden, Colorado, features 18 holes stretching over 6831 yards with a par value of 72. In 2003, Jim Engh designed its challenging layout, integrating undulating greens and strategically placing greenside bunkers.

The course is known for its historical significance. Near the 12th hole, golfers can see trace fossils of palm fronds and triceratops footprints dating back over 60 million years. Additionally, relics of old clay mining equipment add to the unique character of the course.
