NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Prices are shown in USD and invoiced in USD. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.
• Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.
• International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.
• Hazardous, oversize en easily damaged items cannot be shipped internationally. These product types includes batteries.
• Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you in the checkout process on our site.
• We cannot ship items to hotels or PO boxes.

Business days are Monday-Friday ; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Software shipping : Electronic downloadable delivery within 24 hours.

Express shipping : Delivery typically in one (1) to five (5) business days.

Standard shipping : Delivery depends on your country / where you are in the world and can take anywhere from five (5) to fourteen (14) business days.
