The old course is in Berkshire, England, which is also considered one of the finest golf courses in the country. It had inspired Mansellstash to design the course for the 2019 TGC simulation software. The 18-hole course has achieved a 2nd rank in England, while being the 28th best course in the entire world. Spread across 6392 yards, the semi-private course is known for its strategic bunkering, challenging greens, and tight fairways.
The course has several difficult holes that call for accuracy and technique featuring pathways surrounding heather, pine, and silver birch trees. Built in 1901, the course enjoys a golf season from April to December. It also offers special rentals and other services, such as carts, pull carts, and clubs, that add to the convenience of the players. Its on-site bar and restaurant are a great place for players to unwind in the evening while enjoying their favorite beverages and dishes.
