Originally crafted by Bruce Devlin and Robert von Hagge in 1985, the real TPC Prestancia sprawls across a luxurious 565-acre gated community, serving as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. The course features 18 challenging holes stretched over 6593 yards, with a par of 72 and a slope rating of 127.
