The Ridgewood CC PGA Test is an esteemed course module launched by the TGC 2019 simulation software. Crafted meticulously by xxnak219xx, this module draws its inspiration from the historic Ridgewood Country Club located in Paramus, New Jersey. A private course that extends over 7,501 yards with 18 holes and a par of 73, Ridgewood Country Club offers a blend of challenge and charm that beckons both seasoned and amateur golfers.

Constructed originally in 1929 by the legendary architects A. W. Tillinghast and William H. Tucker and later refined by Gil Hanse in 1995, the course is renowned for its strategic complexity and the beauty of its bent grass greens. The layout demands precise, shaped shots off the tee, particularly favoring a right-to-left trajectory, with the final hole on the west loop requiring the exact opposite. Mature hardwoods line the narrow fairways, forming tight, leafy corridors that challenge even the most skilled golfers. Hanse’s contributions, focusing on tee and bunker renovations, have further honed the course’s character without detracting from its traditional aesthetic.
