The TGC 2019 simulation presents Deerhurst Highlands GCRCR, a finely crafted course module designed by slick1627 (Bill Wood). Inspired by the acclaimed Deerhurst Highlands Golf Course in Huntsville, Ontario, this 18-hole layout brings the essence of a Canadian resort-style championship course into the virtual realm. With a par of 72, a total length of 7,058 yards, and a demanding slope rating of 142, it offers a bold test for seasoned players.

Built in 1990 by renowned architects Thomas McBroom and Bob Cupp, the original course blends rugged terrain with dense woodlands. Players will navigate dramatic elevation changes, sharp doglegs, and natural rock outcroppings that demand accuracy and imagination. The simulated course mirrors this design with detail and care, capturing the original’s spirit and difficulty.

Open each season from May 8th to October 18th, the course sits within one of Muskoka’s oldest luxury resorts. The venue features a clubhouse and banquet facilities, offering more than just golf. Deerhurst Highlands GCRCR delivers a powerful and immersive golfing experience within TGC 2019.
