El Jaguar GC (Yucatan CC) is a course module designed by Eduarshk and launched by the TGC 2019 simulation software. It is based on the original layout of Yucatan Country Club, El Jaguar. Jack Nicklaus created the Jaguar Course at Yucatan Country Club in Merida. Nicklaus made the most of the rich and varied scenery, which is dotted with historic ruins and cenotes, underground river systems that are revered in Mayan culture.
A round of golf on this course is almost like playing in a museum thanks to the great care that was taken to preserve and assimilate these artifacts from Yucatan’s ancient past. There are five par 3s, five par 5s, and eight par 4 holes on the unusually designed course. 7,282 yards is a long distance for a golf course, but it is more player-friendly than it might first appear. It was built in 2019 and enjoys golf season all year round.
