The course features bent grass fairways and greens, providing a smooth and consistent surface throughout the year. With a slope rating of 134, golfers face a demanding yet rewarding round.

Running Deer Golf Club, built in 2000, is a semi-private course nestled in the peaceful woodlands of the Pine Barrens. It offers a sense of seclusion, with towering pines and hardwood trees framing each hole. The course’s design incorporates strategic water hazards and bunkers, requiring precision and strategy. The undulating greens add an extra layer of challenge, making every round engaging for players of all skill levels.
